Well done to all involved in the Boys Senior Gaelic today. In a sun scorched Abbotstown the team met Loughshinny NS in the final of the Fingal League. In a very tight game Milverton came out on top with a 2-7 to 2-5 win.

The boys and girls on the team deserve huge credit for their sportsmanship throughout the season. Thanks to all parents, grandparents and brothers and sisters for all their support. The team retired to the Hills Cricket Club after the match to celebrate.

Thanks to Mr McGuinness and Mr Tyndall for all their work with the teams this year.

  • Fingal League Gaelic Final

    Thu 17 May 2018

Best of luck to the Boys Senior Gaelic team on Thursday when they take part in the Fingal League Final. The venue has been changed to Abbotstown due to works in Parnell Park. The opposition are our near neighbours Loughshinny and throw in time is 1:30pm. There is a 5 Euro entry charge for adults. Children are 2 Euro but this cost will be covered by the school. There is no charge for the bus.

Only the players and the siblings of players on the team (Junior-6th) will be travelling on the team bus. Parents are travelling by car and can collect their children from the bus on arrival at the ground. The bus will be leaving the school at approx 11:50. The bus will return to the school after the game but children may go home with their parents from Abbotstown.

We hope the bus will be back to the school by approx 4pm.

The venue is in the GAA centre of excellence on the National Sports Campus in Abbotstown -near the National Aquatic centre-.
