Welcome to the Parent's Association section of our website.

The school has a very active Parent's Association.  The Parent's Association is the structure through which parents in the school can work together for the best possible education for their children. The Parent's Association works with the Principal, Staff and the Board of Management to build effective partnership between the home and school.  Partnership between the home and school is important because with positive and active partnership the child gets the best that primary education can offer. 

• The Parent's Association holds regular meetings in the school.
• The Principal meets with the Chairperson before and after meetings.
• The Parent's Association, in consultation with the Principal, organises various fundraising  activities throughout the year.
• The Parent's Association organises a Halloween Party and a Cake & Vegetable sale annually. 

The Committee is made up of a Chairperson, a Secretary and a Treasurer. Each class has their own Class Representative.

Fund Raising Activities 

We are delighted to say that the parents' of Scoil Moibhi are brilliant at coming together to raise funds for the school, examples are :

Halloween Disco - held at The Hills Cricket Club in October

Christmas Cards

Sponsored Walk - held 22nd March 2024

Upcoming - PA Social Night - 12/04/2024 The Hills CC - Local Band “Two Minute Drive” 

All these events are to help raise funds for the tarmac surface of the car park.
