The school follows the Primary School Curriculum (1999) as set down by the Department of Education and Skills (DES).

As we are a school under the patronage of the Archbishop of Dublin, with a Catholic Ethos, religion is taught in all classes throughout the school. The 'Grow In Love' programme is taught throughout the school.
Scoil Moibhi has being participating in the ‘Say Yes to Languages’ Primary Sampler Module during the 2023/24 school year.
The module runs for eight weeks across one academic term and takes place within the normal timetable. The weekly hour lessons can be taken as one, or a combination of shorter classes across the week to make up the hour.
So here's our progress at Scoil Moibhi:
Term 3 '23 - we have completed the Spanish Language module for 3rd - 6th classes
Term 2 '24 - we will be doing the French Language module - again for 3rd to 6th class
